At Technology House we place the highest possible value on quality in customer relations and service provision, which is why we initially pursued and achieved an ISO 9001:2000 accreditation in 2004; and why we have continued to place priority on maintaining our accreditation.

This internationally recognised standard supports our own fundamental priority - driven forward by our executive management - to continually give customers an excellent professional experience that is second to none. This emphasis is supported by well-thought out internal practices and structures to ensure that each staff member understands and works to clearly defined goals and, importantly, can actively be a part of our on-going service improvement process.

The central principle behind ISO is that companies get things right every time, making sure every Client experience with the organisation is a productive one. By setting our own quality procedures in place we guarantee that our products and services are of the highest standard; that information is supplied to clients when we say we will supply it; and that queries are dealt with speedily and by the most suitable person.

ISO certification demands that we are efficient when audited; and also that we demonstrate an ongoing commitment to business effectiveness and services improvement. This is why we strive to progress our service provision benchmark and are independently assessed regularly. We believe that we offer a great customer experience, and we welcome all feedback to help us to continue to do so.
